The Miya and Miya Argento lines from Montegrappa are the cartridge/converter siblings of the flagship range the Extra 1930. They come in four lovely celluloid finishes (some of the best around): red, turquoise, yellow and midnight blue. The Miya Argento is identical in shape to the Miya. It has an entirely silver cap (unscrews in one and a half turns) that has an engraved pattern on it and a slightly different grip section. The barrel gently curves outward near the middle and rests nicely in the hand. All fittings and trims on both the Miya and the Miya Argento are solid sterling silver.
The dimensions of both pens are: 134mm capped, 122mm uncapped and 155mm posted.
1) Montegrappa Miya Argento Yellow FP with semi-flex 18kt two-tone extra fine nib
I've filled this pen up twice only, once just a moment ago to test it. I had forgotten how special this extra fine nib was - it's very springy, I would consider it to be semi-flex. The pen is in near mint condition and the vibrant yellow celluloid looks stunning. I think pictures and writing examples demonstrate this pen best.
It comes with warranty card (undated), instruction booklet, converter, silver polishing cloth. I would like US$405 shipped anywhere for this pen.
