Have seen several on fleabay before with the lettering in green and black and the duofold "pen" in a mandarin yellow.

I have been buying and selling advertising for some time now and in my opinion the clock looks vintage but the Parker advertisement looks to be added. The faces are 2 different colors and the back of the clock looks to be black painted plywood?
