I don't post in this thread much because I usually use the same pens: A VP to work, and a Pelikan at home. But I just received my Pilot Fermo from Japan and I've been driving it all night. Off to work it goes tomorrow, with the Binder .5mm cursive italic and my blue-black mix, New Old Bishop Street Blue-Black.

Doug

P.S. Will post a review and pix this weekend if I have the time...
Shangas
My Montblanc Meisterstuck 145.

Good morning Taki. It is a sunny 51F day and promises to be a good one.

Today I am going to spend some time using my newly Binderized Visconti Van Gogh. Found some ink I think will work and now I need to "learn" the pen.
Taki
Good morning, JD! High in 60's today. Mmmm...Binderized Visconti drool.gif

Silver VP with Storm and FPN pen with Fla Blue.

Well I'm off work today so it is official pen flush out day! I think I'll write with then clean out every inked pen in the house today. May take a while, I've been a little carried away with new pens and ink. blush.gif Lets see:

First to get the Americian Blue out of the FPN LE
Next the Waterman 54
Then the Carene
Sheaffer Legacy II
2 51s
The Grand Place
2 Reform Calligraphy pens
The 400
A little Este
The ruby Prelude
Hmmm that 52 1/2 and little Wahl Oxford might need cleaning too

Man looks like a busy day of writing and cleaning!

Going this afternoon to my restoration buddy with a Red Este, a black and pearl Duofold Jr. and a ring top Lapis Conklin Endura to get them up and running, will ink them up this afternoon and try them out, the little Conklin has a real flexy nib!

Can't go anywhere for a while, got a little package coming USPS with signature required! tongue.gif

Good morning, JD. It's 42F and high will be in mid 70's. Don't know why but really busy lately ...don't even have much time to go online, let alone using pens for something other than work.

FPN pen with Fla Blue
decimo with Arabian Rose

Today I'm rolling with a fine point Lamy 2000 filled with Noodlers Black and my Aurora Optima filled with black Chelpark ink (a brand made in India). It was a cool 110 degrees here in Bodhgaya ... quite a relief from the 117 we saw a couple days back. Hope everyone is well!

This Sheaffer Lifetime desk pen came in the mail today. It has a very smooth 14K medium nib. I filled it with Florida Blue and am going to use that for a while. I'm also using a Parker 51, and I took my Pelikano out to lunch.
rpscott123
I am currently using a Pilot Laquer pen that I recently bought during my trip to Japan. I love the way it writes. The nib is very flexable and working perfectly with my writing style.
pelikana
Hi everyone,
Today I donīt use a pen but yesterday I used my Pelikano for writing a letter. smile.gif
Ghost Plane
Yard O Led pocket in barley that was such an incredible steal from a guy who was clueless what he had other than "well, it's silver and one of those old fashioned pens" and wanted to unload it. I use it for my morning journals and the B nib is the juiciest, smoothest, most generous for floating over the page.
Taki
Stipula Saturno olive green with Noodler's Purple Martin.
pakmanpony
1928 Conklin Endura Sr Black and Bronze semiflex nib with De Atrimentis Vanilla Brown Ink. SWEET!

Been a while since I've taken any pictures. I love how easy Ron's light tent is to use but since the distance is fixed, Daniel's cube has oodles more flexibility. (This was taken using the former, thus the caps are cut off.

Left: Daily user Namiki Vanishing Point with Mottishaw right-foot obliqe nib tweaked by Binder
Top to Bottom in Winedoc 4-pen case: Danitrio raw ebonite eyedropper (aka, "that which will never run out of ink), Laban (I think the model is Mento), Michael's Fat Boy in copper, matching Fat Boy rollerball, in case I should need to loan a pen)

...none, I'm losing interest.............

Nothing much.
I went into a local stationery store to buy my daughter some bits and pieces for her schoolwork, but discovered that I was becoming a bit light-headed and couldn't get back out of the door without purchasing a pen for myself.
I managed to ignore the locked glass cabinet full of Duofolds, Waterman etc and just pulled a Lamy Safari off the rack.
After a bit of deep breathing to steady myself I took a run at the door and managed to get back out into the street without the need for a phone call to my bank manager. Close call!

Someone call the medics for the poster losing interest! wacko.gif

Today 'Herbert Denius' and I are becoming acquainted. Herbert is an azure vacumatic I puchased from julikko a while ago that I just inked up today. I think Herbert and I will become good friends! cool.gif

Also Esterbrook nurse's pen, orange Paul Smith pen by Cross (filled with Caran d'Ache Saffron) and my new Cross Verve.
Rasputin
Today, my new Haolilai 801F with Private Reserve Fiesta Red ink. Dynamite! happycloud9.gif
london
And some more Caran d'Ache ink here too Casmi (I'll get me some o that Saffron at some point - that's what made me look to Caran in the first place).

Anyway, today ...

Using my trusty black and lusty Parker 51 with some Cd'A 'Blue Sky'.
Backed up by a fine nibbed black Lamy Safari, also complete with Blue Sky.

All on an office stocked run-o-the-mill glue-top paper. Don't like using the black and red's when I'm just scribbling before typing - seems an awful waste.

Went with my Lamy Al-star outfitted with a 1.5mm italic and filled with Parker Blue. Had some letter writing to do and my handwriting always seems so much better with an italic. I hope everyone is well!
Turbonerd
Monteverde Artista w/ PR Sonic Blue, Waterman Kultur Translucent Blue w/ Noodler's Ottoman Azure, Kultur Translucent Orange w/ Pelikan Brilliant Red.

Today I am going from the sublime to the ridiculous. I am using a P 51 and a Sailor Ink Pen which came with soup, courtesy of Jared, fellow FPN'r. The little Sailor is a great writer. A co-worker begged the info from me to get her own, so I emailed her how to contact Jared and see if he has more.

MYU
After feeling pen anemic yesterday (forgot to bring an FP with me!), I had to pocket my good ol' trusty MYU today (the one on top):

Taki
It's my day off and so far have not used a pen yet mellow.gif I was going to use Estie M2 with very fine stub nib but the filler leaks like crazy dry.gif

Will write my journal later today with Silver VP with Tanzanite Glacier mix. I need to flush out and change ink in many of my pens.

This is great news! This thread didn't seem the same without you. And the pix of your daily choice(s). Oh oh embarrassed_smile.gif guess I'd better declare mine: Pilot 78G, M, with Noodler's Squeteague, and Bexley FPN LE, mix of Visconti Blue and Noodler's Black, both used mostly while riding Metrorail.
jd50ae
Good morning Taki and all who peruse these pages. It is 64F and promises to be a fine day albeit a tad warm. And thank you lefty928, most gracious of you.

Today I am using an M800 (what else) and others to be decided as the day progresses. One is never enough..........
Rasputin
Taking time off today. Guess I'll use my Pilot Knight w/PR Supershow Blue (although I might sneak in some Fiesta Red in my Haolilai later). Have a good one! thumbup.gif
