All change again:

Ebay "51" with an unidentified nib - either it has one heckuva foot, or it's a fairly broad right-footed oblique. Nice, though. Full of PR Blue Suede.

New Lamy 2000 my wife bought me, M nib, Caran d'Ache Storm.

Pelikan M205 clear demo, Binder 0.6 stub, Visconti Sepia.

A very pleasurable line-up.

I'm on business travel and have a Pilot Varsity with me for nightly journaling. Since I've never given a Varsity much work other than writing quick notes at work I'm quite pleased with it for journal writing. It's the only FP I'll have for a couple of weeks unless I purchase one while away from home. So far my scouring the local office supply stores hasn't turned up any deals. Just as well since the blue inked Varsity is serving me well.
Taki
Good morning, JD and everyone. It's 54F and high will be in upper 70's.

jd50ae
Good morning Taki, that is a nice photo.

I didn't pick up a pen all day yesterday so today I am goung to write with every one I have.
JRodriguez
Went with a 1.5mm italic Lamy Al-Star filled with Noodler's Black. I hope everyone is well. I'm wishing I could participate more and surely will upon my return.

I used my favorite Pelikan 1000 Black & Green with Noodler's Navajo Turquoise Ink and my Sheaffer Balance LE with Noodler's Kiowa Pecan Ink today, and my Pelikan 400 White Tortoise with Noodler's Purple Ink for quick notes.
rroossinck
Today - Most likely, my Cross Solo XF (Pelikan Blue), a black w/rhodium Bexley Simplicity F, and maybe a Pelikan Level 65 F. Either that or my 51 Vac.

Yesterday I received a Parker 51 from judperl (eBay), so I inked it, and am using it at work today. While putting away a Phileas M I vacated from my pen case, I picked up my cheapo ($4.99 at isellpens.com - not affiliated) Reform black and gold medium inked a couple of months ago with Skrip blue-black. I wanted to see what it would take to get it writing again, and was stunned -- it wrote, without skipping, from the first touch to the paper (the back of an envelope received yesterday). Not bad for a cheapy! I also have my quartet in the 4-pen case, 2 watermans (1 Phileas F, 1 questionable, see the thread about is it a waterman regarding the chrome pen) and 2 Pelikans (1 M100 EF, which I love, and 1 Grand Prix M, which I really like). I am carrying, but have not yet used today, my Parker 45 FP & Gel (put a gel refill in a BP).

I did find out my P 51 with Skrip is NOT liked by the back of my paycheck (cut by ADP, our payroll service), but the ATM deposit envelope likes the 51 just fine, thank you.

Wrote a little bit with my Pelikan M200 this afternoon. I just received 2 Pelikan M150's this week which I'm using too. And I've also been writing with my Waterman Phileas of course. I use Waterman Florida Blue in all my fountain pens.

Hello! Yesterday I've received my new Haolilai 801 F from Todd Nussbaum at isellpens.com. It is as beautiful as GrantC has described it in his review. Today I'll ink it up and will use it for the first time. The pen itself feels good in the hands and I'm already excited how it will write. Greetings from good old Germany, Otto
Henrik
My old Slimfold from 1962 - used it almost exclusivly since I bought it. Wonderful pen.

I don't know what to use!

I received 10 exquisite XXXF-nibbed pens from the lovely Mr. Binder in yesterday's mail, and have inked them all - decisions, decisions! wink.gif

It's finals week here, so I'm writing more than I'd like to talk about. Luckily, I get to use this beautiful pen:

I've been using this Pilot 823 pretty exclusively this week - trying to see how fast I can run it out of ink.
jd50ae
It won't be a MB.
Dean
Today I'm using my 1946 parker 51 with Private Reserve Lake Placid Blue.

Good afternoon Taki and everyone else not outside enjoying the weather.

I am using one of those cheap forgettable Chinese made Duke pens with Ultra Black, and my OldGriz Dragon pen with Dakota Red.
Taki
Good evening, JD and everyone. Carried my FPN pen and Ohto Tasche in my purse all day, but did not use it. Will use orange Parker "Club" pen I got from Dan Carmell for journal. It's loaded with Penman Emerald cartridge (thanks, Annie biggrin.gif )
jd50ae
Good morning Taki, hope you are off today. 62F and not a cloud on radar.

Today I am using an M800 with American Blue and a hand turned acrylic with Dakota Red.
Taki
Good evening, JD. I was off and enjoyed a lazy, kicked-back mother's day.

Didn't write anything, but will write in my journal with Silver VP with Caran d'Ache Storm.

Good morning Taki, it is 57F and it is supposed to be a partly cloudy day. (4:53 AM, I can't seem to get the time to match on FPN)

Today I am using my Jules "Squid" from Dragon and my M800 from Pelikan.

On the road all week.

In the Piquadro:
Hero 100 flighter (ef nib) Noodler's Verdun Green
Danitrio Alphaplus prototype (blue acrylic) (M nib) Noodler's Luxury Blue
Penumbra
Work: Namiki Blue impression, Noodlers Navajo Turquoise
Home: Parker Vacumatic Major, Noodlers navajo Turquoise
bgray
Namiki VP, Blue Rhodium with Private Reserve American Blue.

I was fussing around with filling it today, (it's not easy to get a nice full fill with the converter on this pen), and I somehow got a drip of ink on the bottom left corner of my laptop.

So I placed my hands on the laptop to type, and I unknowingly smeared ink on my palm.

By the time I got to the shower, I had ink on my palm, calf, and thigh!

I scrubbed a little extra in the shower this morning!
jd50ae
Hello and good morning Taki and who ever else is reading this. The coffee is great and it is 68F with a chance of rain.

This morning I am starting out with a Pelikan M800 and PR American Blue and my Huashi with PR DC Supershow Blue.

Morning all...

Today is a 51 day for me. In yesterday's mail, I rec'd a GORGEOUS Q4 1946 Cedar Blue Vac XF. I can't wait to use it!
Ghost Plane
About to stumble in for my 2nd mug of tea. Visconti Skeleton demo with Private Reserve Sherwood Forest on board. wub.gif Had an inking accident myself yesterday and discovered that Method wipes work wonders on white formica counters, not to mention getting most of it off my fingers in the process. Of course I kept it WELL away from my silver darling which was rinsed under water and patted gently in an old dish towel.
Taki
Good morning, JD and everyone! It's 59F, will only go up to mid 60's.

jd50ae
Good morning Taki, take the day off. 56F and it is going to be a nice day.

Let me see, hmm..................have not visited my VP for awhile.
OK, it is my VP and XEZO Airman with occasional use oh my newly Binderized Visconti. Hard to pick an ink for that pen.
Nibble
I am mostly using my HBR Mikado with a soft stub. I love it! In this Gentle Giant I have a home-made mixture of Lexington Gray and Ottoman Rose. One day I will try and give a mini review of the combination: it is sort of 'plumby'. Quite nice as a sort of 'ink of the month'.

Also I am using my almost constant companion: a Vanishing Point with Noodler's Red/Brown. I keep feeling I ought to put something else in this pen, but every time it runs out I just think, "One more fill won't hurt." (Sounds like I am a bit addicted!)
pakmanpony
FPN LE Bexley - PR American Blue
Pel Grand Place - PR Chocolat
Pel 400 - Parker Penman Saphire
Amber Shimmer Carene - Waterman Florida Blue
