Good morning, JD and everyone. Might snow today (and I'm not kidding).
JRodriguez, thanks, that and aero "51" are my favorite vintage pens. Do people use FP more in India?
Back to work after a long weekend.

On the road today....
In the planner:
Sheaffer Snorkel F (open nib) recently restored by Old Griz, Noodler's Red Black ink
WingSung 237 brown celluloid, xf nib, FPN Galileo Brown ink
in the Piquadro:
Hero 100 flighter, F nib, Noodler's Black
Esterbrook DeLuxe, 2556 nib, Aurora Blue ink
Recently I had 2 pens restored by Tom Mullane (aka OldGriz). The turn around time was excellent, both pens were back in my hands within 7 days of my dropping them at the post office! His price was fair, and the quality of the work is excellent. I'll try to post a review of these pens in the near future.

Oh, look, it's snowing.

At least we've got insanely high winds to balance it out.

Today I'm carrying a Lamy 2000 I had John Mottishaw stub and a clear Wality eyedropper. Taki, I do more often see fountain pens in use here. But it is still rather rare. I hear though that in some schools kids are required to use fountain pens - though the schools I've visited did not. And I've not yet seen a stationary store here - be it big or a whole in the wall - that wasn't selling fountain pens.

I just got an Osmiroid 75 with a broad Rolatip in the mail yesterday, cleaned it up last night, so today is test-run day! Shaded writing may cause riots at work, which is exactly what I hope for.

More like global confusion. It's already summer here. Gonna be 25C in the weekend. that's too hot for April.
I never know what pens I'm going to use, I just know what pens I have used the day before.
Yesterday it was a Pelikan 'model name unknown' and Waterman Harmonie.

Say rather "Climate Change." It adjusts expectations.
Just got a Parker 17 in the mail, and it's getting a shakedown today. WET! BROAD! I need to become famous so I can do signatures-- it's making bigger lines than my Waterman Phileas medium.

Finally letting my Pels have a rest today. Even doing a complete clean out and soak. Today I am trying to use the ink out of my Burgundy Parker 51 and my new Teal 51 demi. Inked up in my pen case for later use today are my MB 144 a little 150 Pel and the Red Ripple # 5 all with various browns I am testing out. Also shortly plan to work crosswords with my Black and Pearl Streamlined Dufold Sr. pencil.

Today it's just me and my Pelikan m605 (filled with Diamine Sapphire Blue). But, that's mainly because I'm waiting to see what might show up in today's mail. I sent a Parker Sonnet Cisele to Parker to exchange the medium nib for a fine, and it could show up today (or not).
Update: The Parker didn't arrive, so I inked up the VP with the fine nib.

I signed a few letters with my Waterman Phileas (M) loaded with Noodler's Legal Lapis.
An ongoing project is to make reference cards of engineering design and analysis procedures. I am using a Lamy Safari (EF) filled with Noodler's Black for the notes and sketches, Safari (F) with Eternal Brown for "highlighting" important parts.
Journal entries get the Pelikan 805 (F) with Zhivago.

Today I'm trying out an Imperial.
Not a Sheaffer... Imperial is the brand name. Got a little crown on the clip and a warranted point. Ooh. Ahhh. From the way it was acting after wiping, I don't think it will get a lot of time in the rotation-- like real royalty, it appears to have some trouble keeping its coloured fluids from dripping out.
