I have been gone the since Tuesday sorry, but I will follow suite with an intro.
I am a composer and musician I play clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, and oboe. And am mainly a composer and got into these to express music notation with the nibs and just the great tools that fountain pens are.
I have been using fountain pens for a little bit over a year, and it has been a total immersion into fountain pens. Within the year I have accumulated ten fountain pens and around 35 to 40 bottles of ink. I have to say out of all of em' the Pelikans are by far my favorite of the bunch I just love every aspect of them. I am most expierenced with my Pelikan 140, this is my daily writer and is a perfect pen.
I have also great expierence with Pelikan's inks including the eradicator and can answer any question in that department pretty much. And also have a Pelikan Epoch Pencil which is the only pencil I will ever use now.
So theres my brief intro... Again I am honored and thrilled to take on this Pelikan forum along with Chris Burton, I want to deliver this forum that has been requested so long and make it great. I hope I can do that and keep it active.
