Pen Nut
Before you test the waters please test the pen. Had two in rapid sucession and was not that impressed. Also seek out the opinions of Goodguy who regularly contributes on here. A good friend of mine stuck with his and the pen now looks like it has been run over in a gravel pit!! Very Very shiny when new but soon gets marked.

Wow that's unfortunate as the pen looks great in pictures.

Hmm - maybe I should get a used one - One other question I have - is the nib interchangeable with 600 series? Pel.

Is the Majesty a M600 size? I would expect it to be interchangeable with whatever standard size it is based on.

The nibs, as per all Pelis, are instantly changable. The whole pen was not as large as I expected and the nib was as small as the 600 but could not say that they are identicle . Pelikan do an instant nib exchange, I wrote to and dealt with the factory directly who were brilliant and were not that concerned with the pens being brand new or not. I couldnt decide between two types of nibs and they sent me both to try. Cant argue with that sort of service. I have posted already on here as to the danger of not having the filling plunger stowed properly, a simple mistake but if you make it it will destroy the filling mechanism.

Your choice and yes it does look good new. Good luck with whatever you decide.
