Being not familiar with Waterman vintage numbers, I'm wondering about the differences between #452 and #452 1/2. A search shows short and long models in both pens, with or without rings. So, what are the differences ? Generally speaking, what does "1/2" mean in Waterman references ?

Many thanks. Silly I am, I have just found the Waterman's numbering system on Richard Binder's site. I forgot had seen it before, but it seemed so complicated that I gave up the reading !

Jimmy.
