This book was born by the three authors' passion for vintage watches. Starting from early '60s, with the ref. 6238, also called PreDaytona, the authors chronologically run through the history of the most desired watch in collecting story. They go deeply into each model's features, in a fresh way, as far as now unpublished.
The work carefully reviews all dials, look, movement technique and mechanique, describing their originality and their keeping with each other, also through original documents of the period.
