Has any tried the Rossi Mediovalis flat cards? They are really nice, but I wonder how they would take fountain pen ink. I have tried some expensive Italian stationery and it feathered really bad.

Thanks.

Hey inkypete,

How are the Fabriano Mediovalis cards? I've also seen those and have wondered about them.

Thanks.

G'day Mat
I find them very good - my favourite stationery. I use a few of my modern duofolds with a F, M or LHO nib and they're great. Have also tried a couple of Lamy Safaris, a Parker 75 M, a Pelican 200, a Sailor 1911 and a few others and they all write great. No feathering or bleed. Highly recommended.
One of the real advantages for me is that I can actually buy them locally here in Australia.

I have a box of them and they are wonderful!!!! Worth their higher price in my opinion.
