I have a black laquor Parker Place Vendome that I have had for many years, has anyone had any experience with this model or know if it has a number that goes along with the name?

It's Parker 88. I have a few of these. Here's a page with all info you'll need:

I have one. I remember (back in the day) that it was a really great writer. Mine is an off-green or off-teal color (?) with maroonish trim on the ends.
