I have recently obtained a Parker True Blue Streamlined ring-top. Does the section screw out of the barrel or not? How difficult is it to replace the pressure bar, if it needs to be replaced? Directions on how to do so? It looks to me like the sac should be a 17 1/2. Is this correct? Thanks very much.
