I slipped out of the house for a walk this morning and took the camera with me. Not many about, a few dog walkers. As we leave winter behind it's good to be out in the light again.

We have a Sandy Bay just up the coast from us - but it doesn't look like that! Beautiful pictures.

Thanks. I just realised that these are from a little beach we call the dog walk beach that is quite unusual because it's a pebble beach. The other beaches are sandy.

Thanks. I like to record the gritty realism of a city that never sleeps, the despair of brief, wasted lives, and the breakneck passion of living on a freeway that pierces the gristly heart of the vast metropolitan jungle. Of all my work, I would suggest the croquet club captures that best.
