a friend has a rotring that looks like a black Nakaya Decapod Writer model (instead of threads, the cap clicks on)
anyone know what pen this is?

my mistake, its like the picollo writer, sleek, smooth and rounded on both ends

I had one, and I liked it, I just did not use it. I think they get fairly decent reviews around here.
They can be had for about $30.
