Does anybody know where I might be able to get another nib section for my MB Chopin? I know MB would exchange it for me, but I want to keep the one I have and get an additional nib a wide or ob type of nib as an alternate.

I would search the classifieds on this forum or generally the Internet a lot of people sell Montblanc parts online and you might get lucky.. I personally would just buy one through Montblanc, i.e. ask for a nib as opposed to a nib replacement and keeping the old one..

But who will be changing them back and forth for you? I suppose that individual (if you tracked one down) might stock some spare nibs smile.gif

Finding a separate nib unit won't be cheap either. Probably US$300.00+ if you can find one. Also, the nib units are not easily changed. You need a special tool which I don't believe is available on the retail market. Best thing is to just buy another MB with the nib you want.

Yeah. I think I'm gonna just have to save up and buy another one someday.
