So my new Harmonie was at my doorstep this evening when i got home from work, but my elation quickly faded when i started to write with it because my fingers kept slipping... Does anyone know of an easy fix to this dilemma...i hate the thought of using a light sand paper on the grip section but thats all o can think of..

With hopes

Maybe a thorough cleaning? Possibly there's a film of mold-release agent or some other production lubricant on the plastic. I don't remember my Harmonie being extra-slippery when it was new, but the feed was clogged with some sort of grease and plastic cuttings.

I just used some glass cleaner on the pen and it seemed to have helped a bit...thank you for that tidbit, I also thing that it has a lot to do with how tapered the grip is. Im not sure why they did that, the pen is already very slim. Maybe they were catering to the 70-100 dollar fountain pen market for children? lol

Cheers,
