2006 has been a slow year thus far, but that's ok. I've added two new Esterbrook to my collection thus far:

Thanks to Greg McKinney, this nice very late production Auditor's ballpoint. Yeah, yeah, I know. It's a ballpoint, but the disposal nature of these make them actually pretty hard to find. I like them (and would be embarrased to say how many different ones I have). tongue.gif

On to pen number 2:

An obvious De La Rue made R. Esterbrook "Gold Relief" chatelaine eyedropper filler with over/under feed on 14c Relief nib.

Sterling hallmarks point to 1905.

Oh, and for you users out there, yes, I have written with it. biggrin.gif

Enjoy-

I keep trying to explain to my family that I'm not really a collector of Esterbrooks. My most obscure Esties are pencils, one non-disposable ballpoint, a few stickered pens, some dollar pens and transitionals.

Your collection is truly amazing!

Thanks! You know what they say though, denial is the first sign of an addiction. wink.gif By the sounds of it you've got a dozen or two. That's good enough to call it a collection in my book. smile.gif

This is my first auditor's pen, but I have other late model plastic felt tip and wonderriter products. Some have real cool clips with a big E on them.

Yeah, I know, I'm a geek.

Licorice sticks. It's easier to see when larger:

I figured I'd get that response from the ballpoint. Cool little pen. laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
