The Seattle Pen Club will have it's September meeting on Saturday the 20th, from 11:00 to 1:00, at the Community Room in the Third Place Commons, Lake Forest Park Town Center.
From the President-by-default George Long:
"PENS
The September meeting is this Saturday at the usual time and place: Lake Forest Park mall in the glass-walled room. Official start is at 11:00 AM, but I'll be there around 10:00 or so for coffee. I mentioned in my last email that the theme this time would be ink, and newish member Bong Kim had a new idea involving , I believe, small inexpensive bottles for sampling each other's inks. Bong if you want to do a "reply all" to this email and give more details, that would be great. Sorry for the delay in getting this reminder out, but I've been so immersed in a shed building project (trying to beat the rains) that I've ignored almost everything else. Anyway, if Bong doesn't respond, just bring ink that you'd like to get rid of or trade or sell. Also pens to show, of course.
PIRATES
This Friday is talk like a pirate day, so warm up your best arrrrrrggggggg!"
