This comes will all original packaging and materials. The carrying pouch, earphone, cellphone charger, and the USB cable have never been opened at all (I already have another sony ericsson phone and I've been using my old phone's materials)
It includes all instructional booklets and a voucher to download 10 free software for the cellphone that has never been used at all. The phone also comes with a 1GB memory card (not show in the photos because it was inside the phone and I forgot to take it out).
There are 2 small dings on the phone. I have circled them in red in the last 2 pictures. Otherwise, I do not see any other dings or scratches. It has been taken care of quite carefully.
I find this cellphone really useful. It has a 3.2 mega pixel camera & the pictures are pretty decent. It also has a qwerty keyboard, making texting or entering things into the address book very very easy. You can also use a stylus to write the letters on the screen & it'll recognize it.
