I am looking to buy 0.5 mm Waterman Carene Pencils. I want both the Deluxe Silver & Blue, and the Charcoal Gray. I'm also interested in the Waterman Exception (Red GT) Pencil and a Charleston Ivory Pencil. I live in the United States (NY area). Where can I find these products?

Try Art Brown (www.artbrown.com). Arguably the best fountain pen retailer in NYC. There's also the Fountain Pen Hospital (URL escapes me, but they are online). If you can't find what you're looking for in NYC, you won't find it anywhere.
