Full Version: Does anyone know Watermans customer service number?

Hello all,

Im new to the forum, i just got the waterman serenite and i would love to find about getting a fine tipped nib? And i cant find a number to call anywhere! so yeah if anyone know a number i can call to find out about it i would be very grateful. Also can anyone recommend a good pen holder???

As it turns out, to get a new nib assembly for the serenite costs $$$500.00$$$ i could just buy an Exception with a fine point nib (which is what i would love to get for a daily writer anyway) for 100 dollars less!!!! lol

Yes, I can recommend you a good pen holder--a home made one :-) It's made from an empty mango jam jar. The lip of the jar and the bottom are lined with saffron coloured felt to protect the pens from bashing into the glass. And while I'm at it, may I introduce you to my home made pen wrap made from burgundy felt and hand stitched.

In the back of the jam jar is the poor neglected Pelikano Jr. which on many occasions I thought of throwing away--I hate the nib. Then I realised its broad nib could be used to write large notices and I can use it to test sample inks. Just ordered the 4 sample ink from Pear Tree! smile.gif
