Hi,
Anyone know how to fix skipping pilot knight? My pilot knight sometime will skip even still has some ink in the sac. However, after I flush it with water and put in the new ink, this problem disappear but few days later it will skip again. For your information, Im using Parker Quink black for this pen.
Thanks

Hi Calvin,
What it sounds like you're describing is just the pen running low on ink.
Ink doesn't flow through well when there's not much left,
think it has to do with surface tension.

Try another ink. Quink black is the only ink I've tried that put a full stop to flow in my 149.
Others (not everyone) have also found it problematic.

I would try, using the converter, a few fills and emptyings of a few drops of detergent in a cup of water. We usually do not hear of this particular pen having a skipping problem, our never has.
Good luck.....
