Yes.

Did Pelikan ever make a 100 or 100n that had a black barrel binde? I can't remember. If so you could always put your lizard cap on one of those. On the other hand, pens with colored bindes and black caps look good. I'd imagine that the reverse might be nice too. Alternatively, you might try to find some material that is a "close" match and have a binde made to go with your cap.

Pelikan did, in fact, make both 100s and 100Ns with black bindes.
Actually, to elaborate on aprestes' original inquiry, lizard caps are more uncommon than the barrels.
Aprestes might be well advised to offer his cap for sale on one of the sales boards where (s)he might be able to realize a few dollars.

From the right buyer, you might be able to get as much as $400.00, but probably somewhere between $200.00 and $400.00.
