Full Version: "L" nib on a Phileas?
The Fountain Pen Network > Brand Focus > The Waterman Forum

Advertised as a Broad; it may well be, although from the looks
of the nib itself and the lines it puts down it looks
like a medium, but I've never seen a Phileas nib marked
with an "L" before. (not that I am all that experienced)

Anyone?

Had planned on getting a Broad and having it modified
to a cursive italic but now I don't know - if it's
really a medium I don't need another medium CI Phileas.

Yup, L = broad, very broad but no stub. That's what is on the underside of my Chesterton.
