I noticed thismorning that Visconti green was on the list of ink reviews wanted, and that I had a rather elegant champagne glass shaped bottle of it sitting on my desk, so here it is.

Thanks for the handwritten review and the sample of nice handwriting! The shading is nice. On my monitor, the color looks bluer than Noodler's Gruene Cactus and less blue than either Levenger Gemstone Green or the new Sheaffer Skrip Green.

Thank you very much for the ink review and the lovely hand-writing! I have just purchased a Visconti Opera Master in amber....can't wait for it to arrive! Now, I must go ink-hunting

Now, this is a green I like! I've looked at other Visconti inks on websites and I have to say they all seem rather disappointing except for the Sepia (which I have and love) and this green (which looks good). I'm waiting to test out a sample of their burgundy which I just bought from Pear Tree

Dear Paul,
After reading your handwritten review, I felt inspired to purchase some of this beautiful ink. I have to say that I am extremely happy with the color. It is beginning to become my favorite ink.
However, I did notice that my bottle was only filled to the mark where the main body of the bottle meets the 'shoulder'. I brought this up with Pendemonium and they said that it was due to 'evaporation through the plastic'. Just wondering if you have come across this problem.
Thanks for the wonderful review!
Regards,
Soki
