Is there a brand or type of inner cap puller that is recommneded, and can you tell me where I can get one?
I'm in Australia so I'll need to be able to order and pay for the tool on-line.
From what I've read - and even with a specialised tool - removing the inner cap in no mean feat, so I'd appreciate any general advice you can offer as well.
