I noticed that lots of people here mention a pen called a VP. Is that the Vanishing Point made by Pilot or the vintage Parker?
Philip1209
It is the Pilot Namiki Vanishing Point pen.
Sorry, the acronyms can get a little confusing at times.

Is "VP" this pen or this one?

So it is definitely not the Parker?
Keng
The term VP used here usually refers to the Pilot Capless aka Namiki Vanishing Point NOT the Parker VP

The retractable nib is a cool concept, but I don't think I would buy one. I really don't care for cartridge/converter pens.

I was very close to getting a VP at one point, but the C/C and funky design ultimately steered me toward the M600 (I have no regrets).

I don't have the M600, but I love my M800 and M1000.
