It is my experience that with Pelikan their service surpasses what is written in their warranty. How is that for a switch from the way things ussually work? gave me a new blind cap and threw in a brand new Souveran style cap. They had outstanding and cheerful service. I will always buy Pelikans with confidence after service like that. I just thought I would share my experience.
