Just got this from the dreaded site, (I was actually bidding on the Ronson pencil lighter, which is now a joy), but having looked this up, I'd like to restore it.

The section seems to be tightly fixed to the barrel. is it a screw in or friction fit? Is this made from a material which doesn't like soaking?

Any other advice, cautions, etc., warmly appreciated.
