Hi there. I've heard that Aurora make good inks and was thus astonished when I saw in their catalog (94 pages of all lines etc) that they showed indeed only those 2 FP inks.
Please let me know
what is all that good about these inks. I mean, do they have any special property that many other inks don't have? Wetness, intensity, water resistance, lubrication...?
Thanks
Mike

In comparison to Lamy and Waterman inks that I've used, (well Black and Blue-Black for Waterman,) Aurora is really smooth, really wet.
It's FAR darker than Lamy or Waterman blacks, and I've heard this for their blue as well.
It can smear if you have below-average paper, but on copy paper, notebook paper, and in comp. books it works fine for me, out of a Safari F.
I have never read or heard of it clogging any pen, but I don't think they add anything in to help lubricate.
If you have a really wet pen I guess it could be a problem, making the line way fat and such, but it's my perfect ink. I may not even try any others after this!
EDIT FOR LACK-OF-SLEEP-ERROR.
