Pendemonium still has the 3OZ bottles of LL stocked (well, it doesn't say they are out of stock and they usually update fairly quickly).

Pendemonium only ships to Russia via FedEx, which is way too expensive.
I regularly receive USPS 1st class mail parcels and priority flat rate envelopes and the service is fine for me, but is a lot cheaper.
If anyone could send me some Legal lapis or Legal blue via USPS I'd be very thankful.
