Today, somehow, on the bus/taxi way home I happened to lose my Targa.

Mirror Chrome finish, ultrasmooth steel nib, near-mint condition... Hopefully someone who knows how to use and appreciate fountain pens will pick it up, but given the prevailing ignorance of "fountain pens=antiquated expensive ink leakers" sadly I'm not too optimistic. Maybe I should look for a replacement.

It's a shame (for bargain hunters like me, at least) the Targa is getting quite expensive. Better again start stalking the ebay blurry photo section...

I feel your pain. I lost mine years ago. Still remember it with affection as a smooth and reliable writer.
