Wow, two in a row! I guess tonight is just a night for ink reviews

By the way, I thought I'd mention that this ink has sort of an interesting look to it in the bottle -- almost like magenta snow cone syrup. It looks that way on the nib, too (when it creeps, I mean). It smells pretty bad, too. Is that a hallmark of Noodler's inks? I have BSB, this, and Year of the Golden Pig, as far as that brand goes, and all of them smell fairly... pungent. Definitely not a reason not to buy, just a quirk.

I tried to color correct this scan, since when I saved it as a jpeg it came out kind of flat. It really is very bright in real life, though.

Thanks for the review. I've been curious about this ink, but you confirmed that it is way too pink for me. How can this be called cranberry? What was Noodler's thinking? I've seen white, green, and dark red cranberries, but never pink ones...unless we're talking about some shading on the inside of the berry. Anyway, nicely comprehensive review. I like the multiple swabs.

Hmmm....I dunno about the color. I have a bottle coming to me, supposedly...whenever Swisher gets my Tortoise demo Van Gogh in so they can ship it to me.

Reminds me of PR Hot Bubble Gum (gosh, that name looks wrong, been too long since I've had to type it) It was intense pink whatever it was called.

Yep. Color looks pretty close to me. Hot, in-your-face hot pink. Nice review.
