I'm probably not too picky about the color (though a green wouldn't be my first choice), but I do want one that is in working condition. Also, the finer the nib the better, though I will probably take a medium, as long as it is the 14K. If it has a shaped nib (i.e. italic or stub) that's fine. It doesn't have to look perfect, just above average and write well. I've seen one on ebay in the past month, but none right now.
