I have a new style Omas Paragon Arco with the silver section. I inked up the pen and noticed it leaked from what looks to be a split in the silver. Does anyone know the new Canadian Omas distributor as I would like to send it in to them for repair?
Thanks
Ashley

Ashley, I think there may only be a North American distributor, aka an American company, unfortunately.

My pals at LSF gave up selling Omas and Aurora, so you will have to go to Kenro Industries in the US. Either way, most pens get a trip to Italy, as Omas prefers to do the repairs.
Very sad situation, as everyone at LSF was a real pleasure to work with.

Kenro it is. but the good news is that it seems,by my experiences, they are getting better and faster at warranty work.I would wait until September to send it in as Italians take august off for holiday. My Arco repair only took 4 weeks for a piston repair.

Maybe somebody is reading the complaints about Omas' repairs and customer service and doing something about it. I never had any problems with Kenro and only sent the Omas pens that I bought in the US to them. My company bought some Libelle rollerball pens for corporate gifts from them and they were great to deal with.
It's just too bad that LSF doesn't handle the line in Canada, as it saved a lot of border hassles for the pens I bought in Canada and they had great customer service. I'm sure it was also easier for Canadian retailers as well.
If you do send a pen to Kenro or anyone in the US, be sure to mention in big bold letters "PEN DOES NOT CONTAIN INK", as it will be flagged as a dangerous good and will take a lot of time and effort to get it released for shipment. I learned that the hard way.

I am waiting for Canpar to deliver (hopefully today) a pen that I sent to Omas through LSF Trading on May 21, roughly 3 months round trip. Dealing with LSF seemed to be fine (they were nice enough people) but LSF expressed frustration in getting responses from Italy as well as the delays caused by the holidays.
Funny thing but my wife and children just returned from Italy last night - perhaps I should have had them pick up the pen!
As is noted above, LSF also advised me that they no longer deal with OMAS and that in the future, I was to deal with Italy directly from Canada.
