How can I remove the ink on the inside of the cap on my Pelikan M205 Demonstrator?

I'm assuming that the ink is between the cap and the inner cap. If so, first uncap the pen. You can unscrew the derby-top of the cap. The clip will come loose, and the inner cap can be pushed out the the mouth of the cap (not out the top.) You can then rinse, dry and reassemble the parts.

Thanks! I'll let everyone know if this is successful.
