Does anyone know what Mr. Nagahara's availability will be like at the show? I've seen plenty of pages stating he will be there, but no indication of what days and times. If that is generally TBD, does anyone know what his attendance was like at the DC Show in 2007? Thanks.

I was tuning in and out of the pentiques stream and it seemed like Nagahara was working on Friday until 4:30. I imagine he will be there tomorrow and Sunday until at least that time.

We're in DC for the show.
Mr. Nagahara's line never seems to get shorter.

From people's reactions his work is outstanding.

Does anyone have a report to share, please?

I had a nice touch up done to smooth out some work that Mr. Nagahara had done on my 1911 Sailor at the 2007 Show. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment time, but the people at the Sailor booth were very nice and slotted me in for a quick touch up. The pen writes wonderfully now and has a lot more character. I appreciated the fact the Sailor booth was not selling any pens and there didn't seem to be preference given to those purchasing new Sailors as opposed to folks like me who were bringing their previously purchased pens in for customization. Made for a really nice show and a nice experience. My only disappointment about the DC Show was the absence of John Mottishaw and crew from Classic Fountain Pens - although it saved me (at least in the short term) the money I would have spent on a Nakaya....
