Just got the Parker Duofold platinum international fp. The nib size is a Fine. Can anyone tell me if the Duofold International comes with EF??

Yes, that nib is available from Parker.
I recently contacted Parker USA and was told by customer service that the smallest Platinum International nib available is F. I’d prefer XF if it’s available. Does your catalog clearly show the platinum version in XF?
Similarly, I was told that the smallest Platinum Centennial nib available is F, but I’d prefer XF for it as well. What does your catalog show in regard to the Centennial platinum? Thanks.
