After reading the recent posts about cap cracked syndrome on the white M400s, I posted a request about who the UK 'Chartpak' might be yesterday, and was very helpfully directed to Andy at Andy's Pens.
Andy emailed back immediately, and suggested I contact the UK distributor, who also emailed back directly asking me to send in the cap. This may have been covered before on FPN, so apologies if it has been, but thought other UK Pelikan fans might want the details:

I'm glad that you have found the information that you needed. I figured that one of the gentlemen I suggested would have the information you required. I hope that Stone Marketing LTD is as helpful as Chartpak seems to be!
