The ink is Montblanc Blue and Noodlers Kiowa Pecan.
The pen is my Parker Vac with a BBB Superball by Greg Minuskin! The nib was so much fun to use. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about how the line variation would turn out, but I think the effect is totally cool.
