
While I'm handing out kudo's, I'll post one more about the super service rendered to me by Dick Egolf from Luxury Brands. I have a Swisher Exclusive Conway Stewart in razorshell that had a IF nib. Dick had already sent the pen to England for me to get the new improved feed fitted some time back ,but I just couldn't live with the IF nib. I really should have exchanged the nib at that time, but convinced myself that I would like it once the skipping problem was solved. I love the pen and have zero complaints with it, but the nib was just too broad and wet for my writing style. He stated that he was a little short on nibs, this pen uses their largest one, most likely the Churchill size, but was expecting more any day. After finding out I wanted an EF, he said those were in stock, send the pen in straight away, and he would take care of me immediately. Almost the whole time the pen was gone was spent with UPS in transit! I had my pen back in about ten days with the new nib and writing perfectly. I've had occasion to do business with Dick before and he has always been super, but this really surprised me. I just had to share this, as all too often, only posts with complaints get written.
