I have two problems actually. The first is the search feature, which I can never work without either pulling up everything, or pulling up nothing. Is there a trick?

For example, I have a Platinum "colours" pen, and the top jewel, which is also the screw to hold the clip and inner plastic sleeve in place, keeps coming undone. There is a small nut & washer that holds the screw in place. Is there a way to hold the nut in place? Some adhesive? I can screw in all together, but normal use makes the screw/nut come undone again, and I have to take it all apart and try it again. A lock washer perhaps? but obviously that is not what they used at the factory.

Any help with either problems would be appreciated.

The search feature treats multiple words as "or" instead of "and" so if you want all the words you have to put a plus sign in front of the terms. Or there's Google. With obscure enough search, FPN often comes up high. If more common than that, there's the site:URLhere search terms here thing.

I don't have an answer on the cap top and inner cap, but is that one of those neon cigar pens?

Thanks for that regarding the search....

No it is not a neon cigar pen. It is an average length & width pen in sky blue, and I'm simply asking if anyone uses something to keep screws & nuts from coming apart, and what that something might be.

Thanks

Andrew
