I'm new at the forum and would like advice on a pen for calligraphy lettering and scrolls I heard that sheaffer makes one that comes with a convertot and three
sizes of nibs. say in the range of 35 to 50 dollars will look for some advice thanks joshua
You can get Sheaffer calligraphy sets with one pen and three nibs for around $10.00 or a bigger set for around $20.00 or a deluxe set with three pens and three nibs for under $40.00. Do a google search for sheaffer calligraphy pens. If you have an office supply store in town they may have them or order one for you. Most places like that have overnight delivery.
OR you can go a step up (in my opinion) and get a Rotring Art pen. they come in different size nibs and cost (last time I looked) around twenty dollars each.

The more expensive Sheaffer sets (the ones w/ long staffs which look like desk pens) come w/ a converter --- I know 'cause the local art store opened one up for me to get the converter out to sell it to me when they were out of converters alone).
