From what I have seen of it so far I can't say that it is a pen I am impressed with. Don't know why, but it just doesnt 'grab' me. Guess I am still in love with the Carene.

I will pay a visit to my favourite pen shop to have a better look and try it out.

Meh. Sorta looks like a Sheaffer Award...

I already placed an order for mine with Fountain pen hospital. Just go to the site and click on the "email me Price" button, and they will send you a nice email with all the details.

They are pretty, but too slender for me. I prefer my Expert II or something of similar girth and weight.

The blue looks a lot like the 2008 Parker Sonnet blue! Has anyone actually handled this pen yet? It does look thin.

anyone actually seen this new model in person? I know it has a Sept. due date.

I'm a Waterman fan, but this one doesn't do much for me. It looks like it would be uncomfortable to hold, but I'd have to try it.

Never have been a big fan of the skinny watermans, not sure this one does anything for me either.

There's nothing very exciting about this pen to me. The Expert is much nicer looking, the Carene is much more elegant. I don't mind slender pens, but there's something lacking (to me) in the style of it.

Aaah! I think this pen is super sexy! I got a copy of Paradise Pen's "Giving Manual No. 7" today in the mail and this pen is on the cover. I am going to start saving my shekels right away so I can get one.

Now I have to decide if it will be the black with gold trim, or the black with silver trim.
