Here's a pen I bought a while ago from Paradise Pen, and I think it is a Paradise Pen exclusive since I haven't seen it anywhere else. It has a flow problem: if left alone for a few days, it refuses to start up unless you can wet the nib or something to coax out the ink. One the flow starts, though, the pen writes very smoothly and is a pleasure to write with.

I'm up for anything -- inks, pens, paper, journals, whatever! Esp paper, since I've never tried Rhodia or Clairefonte or any of the other much-raved about brands (I know, I'm deprived)
