Looking for a Niagara falls fountain pen. Prefer Medium tip, fine might be OK though.

Looking to spend around $250, but let me know what you have.

Just to chime in, I've seen these pens at isellpens.com
New, they are $300 there.

I've got one that I've never inked with box and papers, with a Fine nib, that I'd be willing to sell for $275. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks. Estelle

I have a Fine Niagara Falls (not for sale) and you should consider that width. BTW, this pen is in my top 5 out of 250 or so. Almost always inked, extremely reliable, always writes when it hits the paper...what more could I ask?

Mine writes fairly wide for a fine and is superbly smooth. I'd try it first and then if you don't like it, send it to Chartpak for a nib swap. I think it's free or almost free.

Although I haven't used this particular pen, I agree that Pelikan nibs tend to write wide. That is actually why I purchased a Fine to begin with, when I thought I'd use it as a writer - I thought a Medium would write more like a Broad. I just never was able to make room for this pen in the rotation. That's why it's available for sale. Happy writing, whatever you decide. Estelle
