Hi there.
When I got this Duolfold apart, the sac was fairly Bliared, and feel out without problem. I pulled the mechanism out, and used a .357 bristle brush to clean out any remains..
Now, when I eventually get the bar to fit up into the button, the pressure side of the bar is hard against the other side of the barrel, and this prevents the installation of a new sac.
I therefore conclude that the bar must be bent, (and I presume at one or the other ends), I would be most grateful for the observations, of the far more experienced in the arcane art of repair, as to where to bend itthe bar.

If I remember correctly, take out the button, fit the section with the new sac on it, then put the pressure bar in from the hole where the button was, then replace the button.

I'm pretty sure the button just twists/wiggles out. Oh, and the bar needs to be straighter apart from the first kink from the right end.

You are going to need to either rebend the pressure bar flat or purchase a new one..
Tryphon has them in stock in two lengths... just measure the one you have and purchase a new one..
I believe that pen will take that shorter of the two that Tryphon carries...
