I've read numerous posts indicating flow problems with Conklin Gliders. One likely culprit seems to be the Conklin converter. After having tried numerous suggested soapy flushings, I can't seem to get rid of the surface tension problem. Therefore, can anyone tell me what cartridge fits the Glider?

Also, does anyone know how to remove the nib and feed from the section? Is it a simple friction fit that can be punched out with a nib block? In the alternative, does it screw in? Finally, can it be disassembled at all?

Any help would be appreciated.

The nib and feed are fine. No need to fiddle with them.
Just throw the converter to the trash can.
Any Waterman converter will do. Cartridges would be find too.
