I just won a Pelikan M1000 on ebay. The seller wanted to know the nib size I wanted. I am left handed. Any recommendations?

The M1000 is has springy, wet-writing nib so I would suggest going with one size finer than what you normally prefer, i.e. if you like B's, then get a M, if you like M's then get an F. However, if you like F's, then I would still go with an F as Pelikan has a history of QC issues on their XF nibs. Just my $.02. BTW, I have two M1000's and they are my two of favorite writers. Hope you enjoy yours.

Congrats on your new Pelikan 1000! I'm jealous - I'm still waiting to get one.

There is a lot of helpful advice about nib sizes on Pelikan M1000s on this thread:
