Hello,everyone!

What you see in the images below is called a "goblen" in Romanian.I couldn't find an English word for it.
They are sewed using a "blueprint" (5th pic) in which a geometrical shape corresponds to a colored thread on the material seen on the 6th pic.
Each goblen has between 10 and 30 colors. The dimensions vary from 200 length/150 width cm(78.7/59 inches) to 400 length/ 170 width cm (157.5/66.9 inches), the latter being the size of the uncompleted goblen in the 7th pic. Depending on the size and complexity of the model it can take from 6 to 10 weeks for completion.
I was asked by the author of these (my mother) to try and sell them. There are more of them, which I will post if there is interest in these ones.
The goblens will be shipped using registered priority mail.

Advice and opinions welcome but please do it in a polite manner thumbup.gif

PM for offers,details,additional pics etc.

Thank you for looking!

I believe the English word may be "needlepoint" or "needlepoint tapestries."

Beautiful work. Good luck with a sale.

My wife used to do similar items, using what is called counted cross-stitch. These are beautifully done, and beautiful to look at. I wish I had a place for them in my home.
